Texas men's tennis team tops UCLA, advances to round of 16 in NCAA Tournament
The third-ranked Texas men's tennis team (24-3) advanced to the round of 16 in the NCAA Tournament with a 4-0 victory over UCLA (15-8) Saturday night at the Weller Indoor Tennis Center in Austin. It marks the 10th straight year the Longhorns have reached the Sweet 16.

The Longhorns will host No. 17 Texas A&M next weekend.
After Texas took its first doubles point with a win by Eliot Spizzirri and Siem Woldeab on the No. 1 line, Lucas Brown and Eshan Talluri clinched the second doubles point on the No. 3 line with an entertaining 7-6 (3) win over Timothy Li and Jeffrey Fradkin.

The Longhorns claimed three singles matches with wins from Woldeab at No. 4, Cleeve Harper at No. 6, and freshman No. 40 Gilles-Arnaud Bailly at No. 3.
